Roy Edward Williams, 67, of 34 Lawton Road, Cleveland, formerly of 306 Randall St., Greenville, died Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002. Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Richard A. and Gladys Stewart Williams. Mr. Williams was a member of Full Gospel Church, and served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army. Surviving are his sister, Mrs. J.E. Grice, of Greenville; two nieces, Brenda Sellers and Sandra Drafts; and three nephews, James Behanna, John Hardwick and David Hardwick. He is predeceased by two sisters, Catherine Hardwick and Evelyn Rochester; and a brother, Jack S. Williams. Service will be held today, at noon, in the Chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown, with visitation, prior to the service, from 11 to 11:50 a.m. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Section B. The family is at the home of niece Sandra Drafts, 34 Lawton Road, Cleveland.
