Rose Renée Kelly, 47, Palmetto, died Jan. 19, 2005. She was born Nov. 6, 1957, in Bradenton and was a lifelong resident of Manatee County. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of nine years, Rodney; her parents, Jayson W. and Martha Tusing of Palmetto; a sister, Delilah Morgan of Bradenton; a brother, Jayson A. Tusing of Palmetto; and a nephew, Christopher Morgan of Orlando. The memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Kicliter Funeral Home in Palmetto. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
