ROSE MARY GALLAGHER Rose Mary "Sirvart" Gallagher, 81, of Vero Beach, FL passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach with her family at her bedside. Rosie was born December 27, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA. She was a resident of Barrington, NJ for 25 years before moving to Vero Beach in 2008. Rose was highly regarded as an OB Nurse at Pennsylvania Hospital before her retirement. She was a member of St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church in Philadelphia, where she served on the Ladies Guild and was very involved with the Sunday School program, as well as a member of The Armenian Relief Society. She was a dedicated and beloved volunteer, in her church and community. Her life was dedicated to raising her family, volunteering for her community, being a productive part of her church, and dedicated to her profession. Survivors include her daughter Marta Rose Gallagher of Vero Beach; son Dr. R. Michael (Joanne) Gallagher of Vero Beach; uncle Hrant Mampourian; grandchildren Tracey E. Gallagher and R. Michael Gallagher II, both of Philadelphia, Jennifer Nause of Hardwick, NJ and Kevin Warner of Hatfield, PA. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years Robert M. Gallagher, in 1988, her parents Misak and Isabelle "Zabel" Semerjian, and a sister Marta Sherinian. Services: Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Friday, August 21, 2009 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
