GIBLIN, Rose Marion. Of Cambridge, on Thursday, March 18, 2004, at her residence, in her ninetieth year. Rose Altimas, beloved wife of the late Thomas Joseph (Tim Giblin (1986). Dear mother of Margaret Roszell and her husband Marc of Chatham, Mary Giblin of Waterloo, and Thomas and his wife Carmel of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Sheri, Jennifer and her fiance Harish, Tim, Kara and Adam. Will be missed by her special nieces Mary Lynne and Marion, both of Montreal. Predeceased by her parents James and Bridget Altimas, five brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Giblin was born in Montreal and had been a resident of the area for many years. She was a member of St. Clement's R.C. Church and the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Sunday, March 21, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's R.C. Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge on Monday, March 22, 2004 at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, Medical Daycare or your Local Food Bank, would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
