Rose Marie Smith (Barnes) Hallstead, Pa. Rose Marie Smith, 68, of Hallstead, Pa., came to the end of her journey on December 2, 2008 in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ. She was predeceased by a toddler son, Philip Barnes; an infant son, Daniel Barnes; her father, Frederick Smith; her mother, Irene Phillips; and a brother, Richard Smith. She is survived by three daughters, Ann Marie Barnes, Choconut, Denise and Mark Lyons, Susquehanna, Ruth and Russell Lynch, Susquehanna; a son, Eric and Rebecca Barnes, Susquehanna; fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Rose Marie's faith and enthusiasm for life were evident to all who knew her. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated Asera Care Hospice workers. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 5, 2008, at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Hallstead, Pa. Interment will be made in the North Jackson Cemetery.
