JOHNSON Rose Mae (Curry), 55, of Paterson, NJ since 1973, departed this life on Tuesday, June 26, 2007. She was born in Twiggs County,GA. Mrs. Johnson was employed by NJIT in Newark, NJ as a Public Safety Officer for 10 years. She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Paterson, NJ where she served on the Sr. Choir and Usher Board. She is the beloved wife of Eldon O. Johnson Sr.; the mother of Eldon O. Jr., Katina, Latonya and the late Kimberly Ann Johnson; the sister of Turner, Lazaras, John, Roosevelt, Michael, Joshua, Eugene and Jim Curry, Acie Jr. and Taylor Wilmore, Ada Ellington, Jimmie Lee Williams, Fannie Dean, Sally Mae Wimberly and Annilue Blackshear; the grandmother of Jimmirah Tiana, Eniyah Neaisa and Zahan Neal Johnson; the mother-in-law of Jimmie Johnson; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services: Monday, July 2, 2007 at 11AM at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 187-189 Pearl St., Paterson, NJ. Interment: Fairlawn Memorial Cemetery.
