Rose M. Paradisresident of Dracut; age 103 DRACUT -- Mrs. Rose M. (Douville) Paradis, age 103, a resident of Dracut, died on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at a Healthcare facility in Lowell.Born in Lowell on April 1, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Adelard J. and Clara (Blanchette) Douville.She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and a parishioner of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church.Prior to her retirement, she worked as a supervisor in the shipping department at the former Charles Porder Manufacturing, Co. for 43 years.Surviving her, are a son-in-law, Gerard J. Bourassa of Dracut; four grandchildren, Rose B. Bastien and her husband Richard of Dracut, Gerry F. Bourassa of Lowell, Louise Y. Drolet and her husband David of Hampton, NH and Paul E. Bourassa and his wife Beverley of Dracut; thirteen great-grandchildren, Erin Dickman, Renee Willett, Danielle Brady, Donnie Settlemoir, Tara DePaulis, Jeremy Settlemoir, Corey Bourassa, Adina Bourassa, Jonathan Bourassa, Ross Bourassa, Dillon Bourassa, Hunter Bourassa, and Sabrina Bourassa; six great-great-grandchildren, Garrett, Brian, Drucilla, Angelina, Zachary and Eve.She was the mother of the late Theresa C. Bourassa who died on August 22, 2010.PARADIS -- Mrs. Rose M. (Douville) Paradis. It being her wishes there will be no visitations. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass to be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Michael Church, 543 Bridge St., Lowell.
