-><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Hall, Rose Gloria PaoneMar. 21, 1928-Aug. 10, 2014Rose Gloria Paone Hall, 86, of Port Jervis, died Aug. 10, 2014.The daughter of Angelo Paone and Rosina Desimone Paone, Rose was born on March 12, 1928 in Nyack, NY. She was the widow of Harold R. "Juny" Hall Jr.Rose was predeceased by five brothers and one sister. Rose is survived by her five children and their spouses: three daughters, Corinne Brechbiel, Robin Merrill and Margaret Vance, two sons, Harold R. Hall III and Brooks Hall. She leaves behind three brothers, Angelo Paone Jr., Salvatore Paone and Joseph Paone, several nieces and nephews, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Rose graduated from Nyack High School in 1946. She secured a job as a business office representative for the New York Telephone Company. Rose and her husband later made their home in Garnerville, NY. After her children were raised, Rose worked in the kitchens of the North Rockland School District for several years. She was an early member of St. Gregory Barbarigo's Altar and Rosary Society and is included among the pioneers and founders of the parish. She later taught religious education in St. Mary's in Haverstraw, NY. When Rose relocated to Orange County, she worked as a greeter at Minisink Valley Middle School until her retirement in 2012.A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014 at 10 am at St. Gregory Barbarigo Roman Catholic Church, 21 Cinder Road, Garnerville, NY.Visitation will be on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Edward C.
