FLANAGAN Rose A., of Cresskill died peacefully at her home on September 16th 2008 surrounded by family and friends. Born in New York City to Patrick and Delia Cline of Ireland, Rose was the loving wife of the late Walter Flanagan. Rose was the cherished mother of Della Tamulis, Barry Flanagan and the late Maura Rose Phalon. She was the dear youngest sister of all the late and great Clines: Margaret, Mary, Veronica, Patrick, Rita and Edward. She was the devoted grandmother of Walter and Kerry Tamulis and Gregory and Megan Rose Phalon. Rose loved being a child of God, a "Nonnie," a teacher and a friend. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Rev. James Moran and assisted by Rose's nephew Deacon Patrick J. Cline III at 12 Noon on Friday October 10th at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Tenafly followed by a luncheon for all her family and friends at the Clinton Inn located across the street from the church.
