-> Rosa Louise Carter, 72, died January 31, 2005. Mrs. Carter was a native of Liberty County and had lived in Savannah for the past forty-three years. She was a homemaker and a member of New Life International Church of Nazarene. Survivors include her husband of 56 years Wiley Carter; sons and daughters-in-law, Mack W. and Stephanie Carter of Savannah, Christopher L. and Janet Carter of Pooler, Charles E. and Liela Carter of Savannah, and David A. and Sherry Carter of Pembroke; daughters and sons-in-law, Nathaleen and Rev. Eddie Hutcheson of Tifton, Sherrell A. and Richard Conklin of Savannah, and Glenda S. Carter of Statesboro; twenty three grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation: Wednesday, February 2, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
