NEILL, Ronald Joseph (Sproule) June 27, 1950 December 14, 2008 Ron passed away suddenly leaving to grieve his loss his partner of 21 years, Joan. As well as many members of her family. Ron has 2 daughters Hayley-Ann and Emma Jean from a previous marriage with Donna Purdy as well as 2 grandchildren, Wesley and Marshall. Ron was born in Calgary, Alberta. He is survived by his mother Jean and step father Fred in Victoria. Also his brother Martin (Betty) in Vernon, Sister Janice (Terry) in Coombs, Brother John (Georgina) in Mission, Brother Gordon (Shelly) in Fort McMurry, Alberta. Over his short life he was involved in several activities which included deep sea diving on the east coast for a large oil company. On returning to the west coast with his artistic nature and interest in gardening he went to Camosun College and became a landscape gardener which became his true love. We miss you Ron. A private family memorial will take place in January. 519220
