ROULEAU, Roland “Rolly“ - In loving memory of Roland “Rolly“ Rouleau, 84 years, who passed away Sunday, April 12, 2009 at the Extendicare York. Beloved husband of Rita (Marois) Rouleau predeceased April 8th, 2009. Loving father of Rachelle Rouleau and Diane Paquette (husband Robert). Cherished grandfather of Richard and Victoria. Dear brother of Rita Morrison (husband Don) of Sudbury, Lucy Davlut of Kitchener, predeceased by Richard Lindsay. Dear son of Donat Rouleau and Louise (husband Hugh Lindsay) all predeceased. Dear brother in law of Bernadette “Bernie“ Deschamps of Valley East, predeceased by Grace, Alec, Wilfred, Leo, Albert, Helen, Lucienne, Alice, May and Irene. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, neighbours, friends and his four legged canine pals Copper and Portia. Born in Azilda, he married Rita in Sudbury in 1956. Rolly worked as a plumber with Grant Plumbing and then as maintenance supervisor at the Federal Building for many years. In his younger days he enjoyed fishing, Rolly always had a great sense of humour and will be fondly remembered by many as the Mayor of the West End. He was devoted to his loving family and has been reunited with the love of his life, Rita. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Saturday, May 9th, 2009 at 1pm. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. Donations to Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
