Roger Williams, 62, of Tallahassee, Fla., passed this life on Monday, Jan. 21, 2008. Survivors include his wife, Mary Williams; 10 children; 25 grandchildren; five sisters, Martha Smith of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Betty Williams, Rosemary (Horace) Oats, Ann Williams and Lois Hart, all of Panama City, Fla.; four brothers, James Lyons of Atlanta, Sylvester (Annie Rose) Williams, Larry Williams and Gary Williams, all of Panama City; a dear friend, Johnny Youman of Anchorage, Alaska; and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at Shuler Memorial Chapel, 606 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, Fla., 33444.
