AUGUSTA, Ga. - Roger Ward Williams, 53, of Curry St, entered into rest Monday, April 12, 2010, at the residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 15, at 2:00 PM at Cornerstone Fellowship with Dr. Bobby Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Mr. Williams will lie in state from 1:00 until 2:00 PM. Mr. Williams was born in Augusta and worked in construction. He is survived by his wife, Janice Williams; sons Christopher Cason and Roger Williams, Jr; daughters, Angie Williams and Leah Williams; sisters, Rhonda Gaskill, and Regina Williams; and niece, Ashley Wilson.
