SMITH, ROGER LEE age 68, of Bessemer, AL, passed away on December 13, 2012. He was a member of Flint Hill Lodge #810, Coldwater Lodge # 48, 32nd Degree Mason and was a life long musician. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Roy and Louise Smith; brother, Alvin Bruce Smith. Survivors: wife, Rebecca Smith; sons, Lelon Ray Smith, Marty Roy Smith, Tyler Smith; daughter, Michelle Weeks; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy D. Smith, Danny W. Smith and Calvin L. Smith. Funeral services at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home Monday, December 17, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. Visitation on Monday, December 17, 2012, 6:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
