Mrs. Roccarol "Roc" Linda Kay Reed Curry SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Roccarol "Roc" Linda Kay Reed Curry of 134 Stribling Circle, departed this life into eternal rest on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Sorority Rites and Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010, at the John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel. The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will perform final rites from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM; the family will receive friends from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, July 24, 2010, at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church. The Reverend Dr. Benjamin D. Snoddy is the pastor and The Reverend Ron Henderson will officiate. Mrs. Curry will lie in state in the sanctuary one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home. J. W. Woodward Funeral Home, Inc.
