DAVIS, ROBERT WILLIAM, 78, of Prospect, died at his home on Tuesday, January 31, 2006. He was a native of Belleville, IL, a retired geologist with the U.S.G.S., an Army Veteran of World War II, a member of Faith Lutheran Church and past president of the Brownsboro Community Center. He is survived by his wife, the former Charlotte Carroll; his son, Mark W. Davis; daughter, Patricia D. Perry; and two grandchildren, Christopher W. and Gaberille A. Davis. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, 2014 Allison Lane in Jeffersonville, IN, with interment in Harrods Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood, and from 1-2 p.m. on Friday at his Church. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
