Robert Whaley, spouse of Roberta Whaley, died.
COCOA BEACH, Fla. -- Robert E. Whaley, 82, of Cocoa Beach, Fla., formerly of Leominster, died Feb. 15, at home. He was a World War II fighter pilot (P-47). Bob was a brilliant mold designer and was chief executive officer and general manager of his own company, Atlantic Plastics of Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta. He is survived by his stepdaughters, Anise Maki, Junnie Vautour and Noella Vautour; brothers, William, John, Richard and David; sisters, Isabelle and Ethel; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. WHALEY -- Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass in St. Denis Church, Ashburnham, on Monday, March 5, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private and there are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01709, or to the Gardner Visiting Nursing Association, 34 Pearly Lane, Gardner, MA 01440.
