WATERS, Robert "Mike" Age 55, of Horseheads, NY, passed away Monday, September 1, 2008, at his home. Robert was born on September 26, 1952 in Elmira, NY, to Robert Waters and Patricia Sullivan. Survivors include his parents; sons, Tim (Bethany) Waters and Scott Waters, both of Elmira; daughters, Becky Waters, Beth Waters and Paige Waters, all of Elmira; brothers, Jim (Lori) Waters and Paul (Laura) Waters, both of Elmira; sister, Susan Waters of Big Flats, and Mary Jo Meisner of Horseheads; grandchildren, Hannah, Faith, Rebekah, Emily and Nathan; many nieces and nephews. Robert served our country in the US Navy and was an avid outdoorsman, but his greatest love was his family. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 5th, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral Services will take place there at 5 p.m. Interment will be in Hilltop Cemetery in Breesport at the convenience of the family.
