WADDELL, Robert W. Age 53, died in the Centre hospitalier de la Vallee de l'Outaouais, Hull pavillion, on Wednesday, July 24th, 2002. After only 21 days, he was abruptly taken away by lung cancer due to tobacco. Predeceased by his father Walter Waddell, he leaves behind in their sorrow his mother Carmen Waddell (nee Barette), his sister Louise Waddell-Yelle, his brother-in-law Roger Yelle, his nieces Natalie Yelle and Karoline Yelle. Robert was "Associate Academic Dean - Continuing Education" at Heritage College since 1991. His colleagues and friends will miss him dearly. He also leaves close friends of the Hull Bar Association having practiced law for many year; at the University of Ottawa, as professor; Bank of Canada and Hydro-Quebec. He was also involved in community theatre with the Ottawa Little Theatre and Le Theatre de l'ile. All will feel the emptiness of his sudden departure. The family wishes to thank the Intensive Care Unit of the CHVO of Hull. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2002 at 11 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, 245 St-Joseph Boulevard in Hull.
