Barrett, Robert W.Aug. 2, 1918 - Mar. 17, 2012Robert W. Barrett, 93, of Venice, formerly of Kokomo, Ind. died Mar. 17, 2012.Visitation is from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Barrett served his country during WW II and the Korean War in the U.S. Navy. He married his beloved Evelyn in 1939 in Union Street Friends Church (now First Friends Church), and was member of the Venice United Church of Christ. Robert was also a member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Masonic Scottish Rite, and Shrine. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, sons R.
