Robert Vincen Cooley, 90, John Knox Village, Orange City, and formerly of Waynesboro, Va., died June 11, 2007. He was born July 30, 1916, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of the late Wilbur J. and Maude S. Cooley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Helen, Orange City; two sons, Ted and his wife, Betty, Bluffton, S.C., and Rob and his wife, Julia, Leesburg, Fla.; two daughters, Cary McGann and her husband, Randy, Waynesboro, and Mary Rohas and her husband, Rick, Midlothian, Va.; 10 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held today (Wednesday, June 13) at 11 a.m. at John Knox Village. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to NAMI of Beaufort County, 20 Palmetto, Suite E, Hilton Head, SC 29926.
