CARTER Robert V. Carter left us on Sunday April 8, 2012 at 69 years old. Memorial Services for Bobby will be held on Saturday April 14th at 11:00 am in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S. Bobby was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, FL. Bobby was known for his electrical talents and he was a member of the I.B.E.W. Local #177. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Geraldene and Valene Carter. He is survived by his wife, Betty; 3 brothers, Bruce (Donna), Gerald (Diane) & John (Nancy); 2 daughters, Nora & Janie; a son, Michael; several grandchildren & great grandchildren and ex-wife, Noreen.
