Robert Terry Carter - LAWRENCEVILLE - Robert Terry Carter, 35, of Lawrenceville, Georgia died Friday, May 20, 2011 at Gwinnett Medical Center. Born October 27, 1975 in Hinesville Georgia, he was the son of Courtney Carter and the late Betty Carter. He has been a resident of Lawrenceville for the past 13 years and was previously employed at BellSouth. He attended the University of Georgia where he received a Peabody Award. Survivors include his life partner of 13 years Riley Morton of Lawrenceville Georgia; his father Courtney Carter of Midway Ga., and 8 siblings; Joyce Creel of Stilson Ga., William Olsson of Glennville Ga., Selisa Harn of Richmond Hill Ga., Danny Olsson of Gum Branch Ga., Randall Christianson of Stilson Ga., Kenneth Christianson of Brooklet Ga., Chris Christianson of Fleming Ga., Rachel Smith of Hinesville Ga. and numerous nieces and nephews.
