Smith was born in Port Huron, Michigan on October 18, 1952. He grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1972. He lived in Lake City, FL for the last 25 years. Paul was predeceased in life by his parents, Bob and Margery Smith. He leaves behind a son, Chad Smith of Jacksonville; sisters, Diann Labianca (Bud) of Fleming Island, and Shelba Williams (Doug) in Fleming Island, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and many friends. A Memorial service for Paul will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at JaCksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073.
