Robert (Bob) (Paddy) Pattison June 19, 1938 - June 22, 2014 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob on June 22, 2014, after a brave battle with mesothelioma. He was predeceased by his loving daughter, Kimberley Anne Taffe and his parents. Bob is survived by the love of his life and his best friend of over 53 years, Eileen. He is also survived by his sons Ron and Bill, his grandchildren Amber, Nicole, Owen and Sean, along with his siblings Arlene, Ann, Michael and Karen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins and special friends Wayne and Lynne, Ron and Marj.Bob was a very hard worker. He was a man of many talents, a plumber, sprinkler fitter, gas fitter, and was skilled in many other trades. Bob built the family home as well as a recreational home at Ruby Lake and did not hesitate to help out anyone who asked. Bob worked for Lake Mechanical for 21 years before he retired. In retirement, Bob and Eileen enjoyed travelling, fondly remembering Melaque, Mexico.Our family would like to thank Dr. Murray McWhinney, Dr. Sasha Smiljanic and his wonderful team for their help throughout Bob's journey, and finally to the nurses at palliative and hospice care who did everything to make Bob's passing comfortable.
