PLAINFIELD, N.J. - Mr. Robert Louis Beard entered into rest Saturday, December 26, 2009 in Plainfield, NJ. Funeral services will be conducted this Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 2 P.M. at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Gibson Chapel with Reverend Elliot Norman officiating. Interment will be in Crawford Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 2 to 7 P.M. at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home. Survivors are: two sons, Mr. Alonzo Beard, Camden, NJ, and Mr. Eric Hutchinson, Goldsboro, NC; five grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Miriam B. Porter, Augusta, GA and Mrs. Gertrude B. Ware, Martinez, GA; special friend, Ms. Alberta Sessions, Plainfield, NJ; one aunt, Mrs. Louise Jones, Martinez, GA, five nieces; seven nephews; and a host of great and great- great nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
