OBITUARY ROBERT LEMIEUX Passed away peacefully at the age of sixty-six on Monday, January 21. Robert will be deeply mourned by his children, Philippe and Christiane (Ben Clayton), his gilfriend Joanne Allicie, his three brothers, Jacques, Paul and Pierre, his two sisters, Louise (Bruce Pattington) and Suzanne, his many nieces and nephews, as well as a great number of long standing friends, colleagues and people who share his convictions. Quebec has now lost its most ardent defender and has closed a great page of its history. Robert's children, his brothers and sisters invite you to join them at Complexe funeraire Mont-Royal, 1297 Chemin de la foret, Outremont, on Sunday, January 27 from 1 to 4 and from 7 to 10 p.m. A celebration of his life will take place at the Notre-Dame-de-Grace Church, 5333 Notre-Dame-de-Grace Ave. on Monday, January 28 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Amnesty International, amnesty.org.
