He was predeceased by his mother and father, Francis and Lydia Walker. He is survived by his spouse, Sylvia Walker, Apalachin, N.Y; three daughters and sons-in-law, Steve and Robbin Rogers, Waverly, N.Y., Jim and Charlene Barrett, Binghamton, N.Y., Michael and Lydia Keeney, Towanda, Pa.; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Lori Walker, Chenango Bridge, N.Y., William and Debra Walker, Apalachin, N.Y., Timothy Walker, Athens, Pa.; two sisters, Mary Walker, Athens, Pa., Shirley Vincent, Troy, Pa.; and a brother, Charles Walker and Shirley, Fla.; a loving companion Mary Wilson; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.There are no calling hours.
