Jacksonville - Funeral service for Mr. Robert Junior McDaniel, 72, will be Friday, January 27, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel, in Jacksonville, with Pastor David Duke officiating. Burial will be in Rabbittown Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 5-7 p.m. Mr. McDaniel died Monday, January 23, 2012, in Jacksonville. He is survived by his loving wife, Annie McDaniel, of Jacksonville; two sons, Robert James McDaniel, of Panama City, Fla. and Stephen McDaniel and his wife, Eileen of Seattle, Wash.; one granddaughter, Holly McDaniel, of Calif.; daughter-in-law, Barbara McDaniel, of Ann Arbor, Mich.; five nieces; two nephews; and a host of cousins and friends. Pallbearers will be friends of the family. Mr. McDaniel was a believer in Christ and attended the Church of God. He was a certified master mechanic and the owner and operator of A&B Wholesale Motors for 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Aline McDaniel; one son, CPT John McDaniel; and two sisters, Annie Grillo and Nell Karch.
