Robert Joseph Bryant, 70, Bradenton, died April 4, 2003. He was born May 8, 1932, in Johnson City, Tenn., and came to Bradenton in 1950 from there. He retired in 1993 after 40 years as a salesman for Eli-Witt Co., Bradenton. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Susan of Palmetto; a son, Mike P. of Bradenton; sisters Charlotte Hunsberger of Front Royal, Va., and Nancy Carter of Palmetto; a brother, Harold of Bradenton; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, with a service to follow, at Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 43rd St. Chapel. Burial will be in Palmetto.
