SCHENECTADY Robert H. Lee died October 28, 2005. Born July 21, 1915, Mr. Lee was educated in Albany and attended Union College. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a chemist and worked at GAF in Rensselaer and retired in 1977. He was a member of the American Legion Post #1683. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Dorothy L. Butterfield Lee; daughter, Barbara Lee; stepsons, Richard and Roger Butterfield; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff of Hospice for their tender attentions during Bob's illness. Services will be private at a later date. Donations in memory of Bob may be made to Union College-Schenectady or Hospice of Schenectady.
