GODWIN Robert “ Bobby” E. Godwin, 72, of Keystone Heights died Wednesday Feb. 23rd at North FL Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. Bobby was born on Oct. 4, 1932 in Montgomery, AL and served in the Korean War and was a Mason. After retiring from Tampa Bay Technical School as Principal, Bobby and his wife moved to Keystone Heights in 1998 where they were members of Keystone Community Church. Bobby is survived by his wife of 45 years, Wylene Conner Godwin; Son, Conner (Lori) Godwin; Daughter, Anica Lea Godwin; Brother, Charles (Chuck) & wife Janis Godwin; Sisters, Mary Mossmann and Patricia Ann Martin; Grandsons, Robert Conner Godwin and Aubrey Clayton Godwin; Sidekick, Benny Conner; many nieces and nephews. Viewing for Mr. Godwin will be Fri. 2/25 at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service. Funeral services will be Sat. 2/26 at 11 a.m. in the Keystone Community Church with Pastor Rob Morford officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Conner-Green Cem etery in Bryceville.
