FALOON, RobertPeacefully, recently at home at the age of 59. Beloved son of the late Kenneth Faloon and Ronayne Faloon (nee Gans). Rob will be remembered as a kind, caring brother to his siblings: Tom (Judy), Dave (Mary Beth), Joanna (Murray), Hugh (Sherri), Karen (Mark), Patrick (Donna), and Tracey (Mike). Loving uncle of Matthew (Sarah), Katie (Jamie), Sarah (Ben), Ashley, Kaela, Kristopher, Samantha, Joel, Kenneth, Gareth, and Kendra. Proud great-uncle of Declan, Parker, Rory, Rowan, Lila, and Miles. Rob was born and raised in Nepean. As a young child Rob''s infectious laugh was legendary. As well, his courageous commitment to all endeavours both amazed and inspired his siblings. Having attended St. Pius X High School in Ottawa, Rob studied at both Guelph and Carleton Universities. He then secured a position with the Department of National Defense where he remained for the duration of his working life. From an early age Rob demonstrated a keen interest in Marine Biology. He enjoyed scuba diving as recreational exercise. Diving to experience the Great Barrier Reef was a special highlight. Rob a.k.a. MacGyver also enjoyed providing musical entertainment as a disc Jockey. Rob will be forever admired for the courage he demonstrated throughout his life in light of the special challenges encountered throughout his life. Love you Rob.
