FERGUSON, Robert "Bob" Edward, 83, of New Port Richey, Florida, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003 at Tandem Health Care of New Port Richey. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to New Port Richey from Deer Park, N.Y. in 1971. He was a retired laborer for the Pinellas County Highway Department in Clearwater and later worked as a security guard. Bob was a US Navy Veteran of World War II and a Protestant. Survivors include wife, Janet M. Ferguson of New Port Richey; daughter, Irene A. Rappa of Deer Park, N.Y.; two step sons, John Friend and Bill Friend, both of New Port Richey; brother, Donald J. Ferguson of Kings Point, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003 at 1 p.m. at Dobies Funeral Home. THOMAS B.
