Robert Earnest Lee, 77, Sarasota, died July 27, 2005. He was born June 14, 1928, in Newark, N.J., and came to Sarasota in 1966 from Iselin, N.J. He graduated from The Citadel in South Carolina and was a teacher for 27 years at Riverview High School. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Elks Club, Civil War Reenactments and Church of the Redeemer. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Georgia; a daughter, Patti of Sarasota; sons Henry of Sarasota and Robert E. Jr. of Bradenton; and six grandchildren. Services will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Church of the Redeemer. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to the Wellness Community, 3900 Clark Road, Sarasota, FL 34233.
