Obituary of Robert Elliott

ELLIOTT Robert (Bob) Archie Born in Saskatoon on August 7, 1931, passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2008. Survived by his loving wife Marion, daughters April (Stan), Jo-Anne (Dave), son Rob (Gloria-Dee), granddaughters Ashley, Alicia, Shiana and Krista, sisters Dale (Stuart), Nan (Gordon), brother Gary and several nieces and nephews. Bob spent his entire working career in the lumber industry, working every kind of job from timber cruising to lumber sales. He was a tireless volunteer for the Delta and BC Youth Soccer Associations. Bob enjoyed spending time at the casinos which later became known as dancing. We know he's dancing now. A celebration of Bob's life to be held at Victory Memorial Park, 14831 - 28 Avenue, Surrey, on Thursday, October 16 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
