LEE, ROBERT E. TROY - Robert E. Lee, 78, former Glen Avenue resident, died Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Northwoods of Troy. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Raymond Lee and Ida Rancourt Lee. A lifelong Troy resident, he was a graduate of St. Peter's Academy, Troy. Robert worked in food services at Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute for 30 years, retiring in 1996. He was a communicant of the former St. Peter's Church, Troy. Survivors include two nieces Barbara L. Casey and Kathleen A. Place, a nephew William P. McConnell, III, a brother in law William McConnell and several great nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by a sister Dorothy A. McConnell and a niece Marilyn "Mickie" Dufrense Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family at the McLoughlin & Mason Funeral Home, corner of 109th St. and Third Avenue, Lansingburgh. There will be no calling hours. Burial will take at St. Peter's Cemetery, Troy.
