Preceded in death by his parents Clyde & Florence (Baker) Whitaker.Survived by his loving wife Joan Louise (Jones) Whitaker; son Richard (Jennie) Whitaker of Cincinnati; daughter Nancy (Jeff) Doughman of Cincinnati; grandchildren Emily (Mike) Stephenson of Cincinnati; Eric Whitaker of Raleigh, North Carolina, Jenni Doughman of Cincinnati.A Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 14, 2005, 1:30 PM, at Maple Knoll Village Chapel, 11100 Springfield Pike. Cincinnati, Ohio 45346. The service will be conducted by Rev. Steven Copeland. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society or The "Ding" Darling Wildlife Society, Sanibel, Florida
