DAVIS, Robert (Bob) Victor Peacefully on Saturday August 7, 2004 at the age of 81 years. Veteran of World War II, RCAF, England and Burma. Past President of the Burma Star Association Eastern Ontario Branch. Predeceased by his wife Ethel Kearns, parents A. Roy and Lillian Davis and sister Jean Knight. Loving father and best friend of Shelley Dupuis (the late Gil) and Glenn (Diane). Bob will be greatly missed by his grandsons Robert (Kirstie) and Andrew (Cheryl). He will be fondly remembered by his sister Shirley Frier (the late Leslie), and his nieces Ann (Don) Devlin, Susan Kilbride, Sharon (Rick) Lee, and long time friend Ben Cole. At Bob's request there will be no visitation. Cremation and private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Bob's life, at his home, on Saturday August 14, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
