CARTER, Robert Lee "Bobby," 55, passed away January 22, 2006. Known by all as a person who loved to laugh and tell stories, he was well liked in the Seffner community. He had a special way with animals and cherished his dog and companion, "Pugsey." He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughters, Peggy-Ann (Clay) Zwak and Lisa Carter; stepson, Eddie Murray III; mother, Ruby Carter; brother, Jeff Carter; sisters, Bonnie Clark and Brenda (Donald) Martin; grandchildren, Ryan, Kristen, Sarah and Shannon; two nieces; and seven nephews. He will be missed greatly by all of his family and friends. He was truly loved. Memorial services will be 7 p.m. Monday, January 30, at First United Methodist Church, 120 N Knights Ave., Brandon.
