Bob Barrett, 68, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jack Hankins officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with U.S. Navy honors and escort provided by the Patriot Guard Riders.
