LEE _ Robert Allan January 4, 1932 - April 21, 2007 After a brief, but courageous, battle with cancer, Bob died peacefully in his sleep with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by father Charles, mother Dorothy and two brothers. Survived by his wife Katherine and their daughters Glenda (Clark Kavolinas), Rhonda (Randy Vollweiter) and grandchildren Justin, Adam, Taylor, Cassidy and Craig. Born in Vancouver, Bob had many happy memories of playing sports and serving on the Vancouver Fire Department. His retirement years were spent enjoying his grandchildren's sports, spending time with good friends fishing and golfing and being part of the Vancouver Fire Department Band. Known for his caring heart and sense of humour, Bob was thankful for the show of support and care he received during his time of need. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Burnaby Hospital for their efforts and kindness. A Celebration of Life to be held at 2 pm, Monday, May 7, 2007 at the Firefighter's Club, 4515 Bonsor Street, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C.P.F.F.
