Rita O. Miller, 82, died Dec. 27, 2005, at Holmes Regional Medical Center, Melbourne. She was born in St. Paul, Minn., and lived in Indian River County since 1991, coming from Katy, Texas. She attended St. John of the Cross Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, G.C. Miller of Vero Beach; son, Jack Lee Miller of Vero Beach; brother of Donald Orth, St. Paul, Minn.; sisters, Joan Doherty of Vero Beach and Betty Bugge of St. Paul; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Grant Robert Miller, in 1970. SERVICES: Memorial Services will be 11 a.m. Jan. 6 at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Palm Bay with inurnment to follow at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
