Rita Mae Bright Henderson Morris, 60, of 702 Railroad Ave., died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Cherokee County, she was a daughter of the late Edith Virginia Bright. Survivors: Husband, John E. Morris; a daughter, Tammi Wright, of Ellenboro, N.C.; sisters, Yvonne Cobb of Mooresboro and Peggy King of Cowpens; and three grandchildren. Predeceased: A daughter, Becky Henderson. Visitation: 7 to 8:30 tonight at Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home. Service: 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel. Burial: Frederick Memorial Gardens.
