FLANAGAN, RITA ANN, 60, died Thursday, September 6, 2012. She was a graduate of Mid-Continental University, and manager of physician services at Norton Hospital for over 30 years. She is survived by sons, Jayson (Sheri) and Jonathan (Tiffany); grandchildren, Devin, Owen, and Autumn; great-granddaughter, Ashlyn; siblings, Kathryn Brangers (Bill), Tom Burch (Paula), Jerry Burch, Diana Hepner (Gary), and Linda Burch; and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral is 10 a.m. on Monday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
