Services for Richard Oliver Miller 85 will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Mr. Miller former owner of C M Cleaners died Sunday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital of heart failure and kidney failure. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Allmond Miller of Savannah; a daughter and a son Dianne Chappars of Germantown and R.O. Rick Miller Jr. of Memphis.
