Richard Hubert Lee, 80, husband of Jeanne Rogers Lee, of 100 Conestee Avenue, died Monday, March 28, 2005, at North Greenville Hospital.He was a son of the late Dr. Walter M. and Mrs. Lala Sublett Lee.A graduate of Greenville High, Mr. Lee earned a BA from Furman University, where he was a member of the track team. A veteran of the Army, having served in World War II, Mr. Lee was in sales with Oxford Chemical Company, as well as the owner and operator of Lee Sales Promotions Company. He was a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church and the Price Johnson and Lawton Sunday School Classes.Surviving, in addition to his wife of 23 years, are a daughter, Laura Lee Seitz and her husband, Wayne, of Fort Mill; three stepdaughters, Malinda R. Morris and her husband, Rick, of Greer, Fran R. Todd and her husband, Kenny, and Susan R. Kuehne and her husband, Thomas, all of Myrtle Beach; three stepgrandchildren, Mallory and Derrick Morris and Courtney Smith; and a brother, Burke A. Lee of Greenville.Mr. Lee was preceded in death by a sister, Jewell Alice Lee Miller; and three brothers, Daniel Sublett Lee, Walter Mayberry Lee, Jr. and Averette Tindal Lee.Memorials may be made to Pendleton Street Baptist Church, 1100 S.
