FLANAGAN Richard James Flanagan, age 74, was born in Bridgeport, on January 7, 1936 to the late Joseph and Edith Flanagan. Richard was a retired Bridgeport Police Officer and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is survived by his sister, Mary Kasper, and several nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Arian Pag�n and her husband Alexander of Bridgeport, Tara Flanagan Trufan of Massachusetts, and Maura Flanagan Kiely of Ireland. Service and interment will be private.
