Richard D. Age 75, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sunday, August 31, 2003. He was born October 11, 1927 in Wellsboro, PA a son of the late Richard and Lena (Knapp) Davis. Richard was married on September 21, 1946 to Wilma (Dent) Davis. Mr. Davis was a long time farmer and worked for Patterson Lumber Company, Taynton's trucking and Deitrich's Milk Products. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 from 6 to 8 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro, PA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with the Rev. Darwin Cramner officiating. Interment will be in West Branch Cemetery, Tioga County, PA.
